The site itself nestles between the villages of California and Scratby. It was originally two sites, but is now considered as one. The OASIS clubhouse hosts live shows and children are welcomed in the large, friendly and lively environment. The indoor swimming pool is heated and is popular with the whole family. There is also a mini-market, fish and chip shop, and laundrette.
Dutchy's bar is open on Sunbeach and the lovely California beach is just a few minutes walk away. The nearby village has plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants. There is even a weekly market and the village is a mere 4 miles from the resort of Great Yarmouth with its vast array of facilities including shopping centres, piers, funfairs and varied nightlife.
